How did you meet?
Trevor hadn’t planned on anything more than a casual dinner with friends that night. It was just another night out, a few beers, some wings, and good conversation at Hardway 8. But the moment Logan walked up to the table and introduced herself as their server, the entire night shifted.
There was something about her—maybe the way she smiled, or how confidently she moved around the room, or maybe just the quiet energy she carried. Trevor couldn’t take his eyes off her. Every time she came by to drop something off—menus, drinks, napkins—they locked eyes. Briefly. But enough.
Logan noticed it too.
It wasn’t unusual for her to wait on tables full of friendly guests, or for someone to flash a charming smile. But something about Trevor stood out. Every glance felt electric, every small exchange held a flicker of something unspoken. She caught herself looking forward to each trip back to his table, which wasn’t exactly standard procedure.
Throughout the night, the spark only grew. It wasn’t loud or flashy—it was quiet, steady, and undeniable.
As the night wound down and the check landed on Trevor’s side of the table, he hesitated for a second, then pulled a pen from his pocket and scribbled something onto the receipt before handing it back.
His name. And his number.
No pressure. No expectation. Just a chance.
Logan collected it without showing a reaction—at least not on the outside. But inside, her heart skipped. She didn’t usually reach out to people she met on the job. That was a line she’d always drawn for herself. But something about this felt different. Familiar, even. Like maybe this wasn’t just a coincidence.
Later that night, as she closed out her shift, she found herself staring at the receipt again. Smiling.
Something told her to text him. So she did.
And just like that, what started as a casual dinner turned into the beginning of a story neither of them could have seen coming—but both of them had been waiting for.
Who made the first move?
It started like any ordinary evening, with textbooks spread across Logan’s kitchen table and the hum of a study playlist playing in the background. She had a big exam coming up, but her brain was fried, and she needed a break—just an hour, maybe two. That’s when Trevor texted:
“Hey, feel like grabbing a drink?”
She hesitated for half a second, then smiled. Something about the message felt spontaneous and light, exactly what she needed. She closed her laptop, threw on a jacket, and headed to a small, cozy brewery in downtown Henderson—the kind of place that felt both low-key and just special enough for a first hangout.
From the moment she walked in and spotted him waiting at the bar, everything else seemed to fade. The warm glow of string lights, the soft hum of music, the clinking of glasses—it all became background noise. They found a table in the corner, ordered a couple of beers, and just... talked.
And laughed.
And talked some more.
Time didn’t move the way it usually did. Every story felt effortless, every smile deeper than the last. They leaned in, eyes locked like no one else existed in the room. One drink turned into two, then three, and neither of them noticed the hours passing until there were only a few people left at the tables nearby and the brewery was closing up for the night.
Outside, the air had cooled, but there was a warmth between them that didn’t need words. Trevor turned to her and asked softly, “Can I walk you to your car?” Logan nodded, her heart already fluttering.
They strolled side by side, slower than necessary, not quite ready to end the night. At her car, they lingered in the glow of the streetlight, neither one reaching for the door just yet. The moment hung there, suspended and full of possibility.
Trevor looked into her eyes and asked, “Can I kiss you?”
Logan smiled—one of those soft, unmistakable yeses that didn’t even need to be spoken. And right there, in the quiet of that nearly empty parking lot, with the scent of hops still lingering in the air, Trevor kissed her.
It was sweet and simple, but something about it felt like the beginning of everything.
What first attracted you to each other?
From the moment Trevor laid eyes on Logan, he was completely captivated by her. It was her big, beautiful eyes that first caught his attention—warm, expressive, and impossible to look away from. And then she smiled… and that was it. Her smile lit up the whole room, effortless and genuine, and in that instant, Trevor knew he was in trouble—in the best way.
What first drew Logan in were Trevor’s hazel eyes—warm, expressive, and full of quiet charm. But it was his laugh that sealed it for her—easy, genuine, the kind that made everyone around him feel lighter. There was a quiet confidence in the way he carried himself, not loud or showy, just sure—and it made her feel like she could trust him from the very beginning. And even though he wasn’t her usual type, there was something about the way he wore that leather vest—cool, unexpected, and effortlessly handsome—that made her do a double take. He was something new, and she was intrigued.
What is your favorite memory with each other?
One of Trevor’s favorite memories with Logan was just a week or two after they’d started talking, when Trevor asked her to help him host a Friendsgiving. They had everything planned, and Trevor loved being in the kitchen with Logan. He was in charge of the turkey and gravy, while Logan was preparing one of her favorite dishes—candied yams. Trevor, unsure of how to make homemade gravy, asked Logan for help. She told him to add a couple of tablespoons of flour to the turkey drippings, but in a moment of confusion, he added a cup or two. They managed to fix it, but the laughter had already started. As Trevor’s friends began arriving, many of whom Logan was meeting for the first time, Logan popped the marshmallows onto the yams and stuck them back in the oven. Moments later, someone yelled, “Those yams are on fire!” Without skipping a beat, Logan opened the oven, pulled out the flaming yams with complete confidence, and blew out the fire with a casual “Oops.” The rest of the night, Logan’s fiery yams became the center of attention, and they even played a game where one team’s name was “These Yams Are On Fire.” Seeing how Logan fearlessly handled the situation, Trevor knew, without a doubt, she was the one. It was a moment of humor, warmth, and the kind of confidence that made Trevor fall even more in love with her.
One of Logan’s favorite memories with Trevor was their romantic weekend getaway to Big Bear. The whole trip felt like something out of a movie—snow falling softly around them as they spent their days snowboarding and wandering through the cozy mountain town, hand in hand. But it was the quiet moments at their Airbnb that stuck with her most. The cabin was perched on a hill with a breathtaking view of the mountains, and inside, the fireplace crackled while soft, romantic music played in the background. That night, they cooked dinner together in the tiniest kitchen imaginable, bumping elbows and laughing as they tried to navigate the tight space, wine glasses in hand. Despite the chaos, or maybe because of it, they worked perfectly together—effortless, fun, completely in sync. It wasn’t just a meal; it was a memory she’d carry forever.
Logan and Trevor’s favorite memory together is, without a doubt, the birth of their daughter, Theo Reign Broadley. The moment she entered the world at 11:14 AM on November 21, 2024, was a magical and emotional experience they’ll never forget. Logan showed incredible strength and grace throughout the entire process, and Trevor was by her side every step of the way, offering unwavering support. The room was filled with love and anticipation as they welcomed their beautiful baby girl into their lives, and in that instant, everything felt complete. It was the beginning of an entirely new chapter for them, one filled with joy, awe, and an overwhelming sense of love for their little girl. Every day since has been a reminder of the incredible bond they share as a family.
What is your favorite way of spending time together?
Trevor’s favorite way to spend time with Logan is exploring new restaurants and trying new foods together—it’s their shared love language. Whether it’s a tucked-away hole-in-the-wall or a trendy new spot, they always make it an adventure. They love diving into unfamiliar menus, sharing bites, and discovering new favorite dishes along the way. Oysters are a go-to—fresh, briny, and best enjoyed with lots of horseradish—and they have a running list of their favorite oysters, keeping track of every memorable experience and comparing which ones were the best. They never skip dessert, no matter how full they are. But dessert is always to-go, a little tradition of theirs. They’ll bring it home, change into cozy clothes, and eat it curled up on the couch together, usually laughing about something from dinner or picking the next place to try. Another of Trevor’s favorite things is hosting parties with Logan. He loves to smoke or grill something delicious, and Logan, always thoughtful and considerate, takes the reins when it comes to decorating, creating the perfect atmosphere for every event. For Trevor, it’s not just about the food—it’s about every bite, every laugh, every moment with Logan, whether they’re out discovering a new place or making memories in their own home.
Logan’s favorite way to spend time with Trevor is without a doubt, going on vacation. Together, they’ve explored so many places—from the snowy mountains of Big Bear and Breckenridge to the sunny shores of Hawaii, Cancun, and Cabo. They’ve soaked in the magic of Disneyland, savored the vibrant culture of New Orleans, cruised to the Yucatán, and enjoyed the laid-back vibes of Florida. Every trip is a new adventure, and Logan loves how travel has become a special part of their relationship. She also cherishes how Trevor introduced her to some of his favorite hobbies, like snowboarding and golfing. While snowboarding might not be her strongest skill, she loves the fun and laughter they share as she learns, while Trevor patiently helps her navigate the slopes. Whether they’re carving down snowy hills or swinging clubs under the warm sun, she enjoys being outside, soaking up the beautiful weather, and trying new things with him. Each new destination brings them closer, filling their hearts with shared memories, laughter, and experiences that they’ll carry with them forever.
How did you get engaged?
It was the fourth night of their family vacation in Mexico—a trip already full of sunshine, laughter, and beachside frozen icebergs. Just days before, they’d celebrated Logan’s cousin’s wedding in the breathtaking town of Akumal. After the celebration, Logan, Trevor, and her family transferred to a new resort, one with a special meaning: it was the same place Logan’s parents had vacationed years ago, a spot full of happy memories they were eager to share with everyone.
As they wandered the grounds of the new hotel, Logan spotted a long table being set under twinkling string lights right on the beach. She turned to her sisters and joked, “There’s no way that table’s for us.” It looked like something out of a movie—far too romantic and elaborate for a casual family dinner.
Later that evening, everyone began getting ready. Logan’s parents had told them to dress nicely for a special dinner and meet at the restaurant, no questions asked. But as they made their way down the path toward the beach, Logan’s footsteps slowed.
The table she’d seen earlier—the one she’d laughed about—was for them.
Set beneath soft, glowing lights with the sound of waves just steps away, it felt like a dream. The dinner was unforgettable. The food was delicious, the drinks kept flowing, and the air was filled with stories, laughter, and something else… something that felt just a little more magical than usual. Still, Logan had no idea what was coming.
After dinner plates were cleared, servers appeared with a cake. Logan, thinking it was a belated celebration for Trevor’s and her sister-in-law’s recent birthdays, immediately started singing “Happy Birthday.” Loudly. Enthusiastically. Alone.
It took a moment—long enough for a few confused stares and chuckles—before she realized no one else had joined in. Her eyes dropped to the cake.
It didn’t say Happy Birthday.
It said: Will you marry me?
She turned to her left in stunned silence, just in time to see Trevor drop to one knee beside her chair.
With emotion in his voice and love in his eyes, he said:
"Logan, the last two years have been the best years of my life. I want you to be my first, my last, and my forever. Will you marry me?"
Gasps and happy tears erupted from the table. Logan’s heart raced as she nodded through teary eyes, a stunned smile lighting up her face. “Yes,” she whispered.
As Trevor slipped the ring on her finger, the ocean waves rolled in behind them, and the sky above glowed with stars—just beginning the next chapter of their love story, surrounded by family, laughter, and the kind of magic you never forget.
Why did you decide on a destination wedding?
Trevor and Logan always knew they wanted their wedding to be special, but they never quite knew what that would look like. Both of their cousins had beautiful destination weddings that not only made the day unforgettable, but also gave everyone the perfect excuse for a vacation. The idea stuck with them, and it became clear that a destination wedding was the way to go. Initially, they had decided to elope in the mountains of Denver, thinking it would be intimate and private. However, after finding out they were expecting, everything shifted. They decided to sign their marriage license at The Stanley Hotel in Estes Park, a place that felt meaningful and special. For a long time, they weren’t sure what kind of celebration they’d want, but as the months passed, they remembered how much fun they had at their cousins’ weddings—joyful, full of adventure, and with so many memories made. At the beginning of this year, they made the decision to go all out, opting to celebrate their wedding in the place where Trevor had proposed, surrounded by their closest family and friends. It felt like the perfect way to blend their love for adventure, family, and the special journey they were about to embark on together.
Let’s talk wedding day!
The Dress code
While our celebration will take place by the ocean, the dress code is beach formal—elegant and elevated, with a coastal touch.
For women: Floor-length or midi dresses in dressy fabrics are appropriate. Flowy silhouettes and bold, bright patterns are welcome and encouraged. Please avoid casual sundresses or overly relaxed looks. Heels are fine, but consider wedges or dressy sandals due to the sandy setting.
For men: Sports coats or blazers required. Dress pants and closed-toe shoes, too. You can skip the tie if you’d like, but don’t skip the effort—think “cool guest at a tropical James Bond wedding.” Feel free to add a fun tropical print shirt or a classic linen shirt for a stylish, tropical twist!
Basically: dress like you're headed to the fanciest beach party of the year.
We’d love for the little ones to dress up and celebrate in style!
Girls: Formal dresses or party dresses—something special and a bit fancy. Bright colors and fun patterns are welcome, but no casual or beachy outfits, please.
Boys: Collared dress shirts with slacks. Jackets are not required, but a neat, put-together look is appreciated.
Think wedding guest attire—just mini-sized!
